watchOS2の挙動を確認したかったため、iOS9 beta3からペアリングを行おうとしたところ、
AppleIDのサインインを求められるところでいくらまってもサインインが完了せず、
サインインをSkipしてもサインインを求められてきてもちろんそれで入力してサインインをまっても
いつまでもサインインが完了せず、ペアリングできなくてヽ(｀Д´#)ﾉ ﾑｷｰ!!となったので、その解決策のメモ。

I had this too… I found skipping the first iCloud sign-in step and turning off iMessage on the iPhone, restarted both devices and then tried to repair, it worked. Then I turned iMessages back on on the iPhone.
要約すると、まずiPhoneの設定アプリでiMessageをoffにする。
その後、両方の端末を再起動した後に再度ペアリングを行い、サインインを求められるところはskipすればペアリングができます！！
ペアリング後のサインインも結局なんかうまくいかないけど、まぁとりあえずペアリングできたからよしとする！
この現象はiOS9 beta3が、watchOS2 beta1, 2にペアリングしようとすると発動するらしく、watchOS2 beta3と、watchOS1 へのペアリングにおいては発動しないらしいです。
